Vista Point

20" x 16" oil - This scene was painted from an overlook off I5 near Patterson. It shows the vast expanse of the Central Valley of California. Actually I had brought a 16" x 20" panel to paint on. I began by painting the bottom scene, intending to cut it apart at the top after painting the 2nd scene. But my friends convinced me to keep it together as one painting. I won 1st place at a show with this oil painting.
